Creating a DMP - How It's Done:

Depending on where you want to submit your proposal, first visit the website of the respective funding agency to learn about the application process.
Find out whether the application should be submitted in German or English and download the current template from the funding agency.
Download the appropriate sample DMP from us (you can find these below on our website).
Carefully review the sample DMP (see below).
When creating the draft, follow the suggested structure and headings. A DMP typically covers 1-2 pages and is rarely shorter. For large projects like SFBs, a DMP can be significantly more extensive.
Once you have written the DMP, please compare your draft with the sample DMP to ensure appropriate quality.
Afterward, feel free to send us your completed DMP draft so we can check if it is ready for submission.
